Hey, I'm Juan David — LatAm founder, ex-eCommerce operator, and now on a mission to reinvent how students discover who they are and what they’re meant to do.

We’re in stealth, but for now we’re calling it The Human Startup — because this isn’t about building for machines. We’re building to unlock human potential, enhanced by AI.

The Vision

We’re building an AI-powered Vocational Coach — a personalized system that helps high school and college students figure out their best-fit careers by combining:

Personality and strengths assessments
Real-time data on future-of-work opportunities
AI-generated insights, role models, and pathways
Think of it as a digital mentor that adapts to each student’s story, not a static guidance counselor or generic quiz.

Who I’m Looking For (Co-Founder / COO/CTO Hybrid)

I'm strong in strategy, business development, fundraising, product, storytelling, and systems thinking across people, education, and tech.

I'm looking for a co-founder who is not just capable of building the operational and product engine — but who wants to shape this venture at a fundamental level and work to build an amazing team.

You might be a COO, Program Builder, or Product Ops lead. Either way, you:

Thrive in structure, systems, and bringing ideas to life
Have scaled programs or products (EdTech, HRTech, or impact work is a plus)
Love ops, logistics, and automations (Zapier, Notion, Airtable, APIs)
Can design and lead execution, not just manage tasks
Bonus: You know your way around AI tools or product prototyping
