I'm building something cool at HiringKit.co – it's an AI tool to help tech recruiters save time and energy in screening and sourcing candidates. But here's the thing: I'm a coder at heart, not a sales guru. I've got the tech part down, but I need a wingman (or wingwoman!) who can take the lead on selling, marketing, and big-picture strategizing.
Are you a whiz at marketing? Do you love turning a great product into a booming business? If yes, then you might be the co-founder I'm looking for! I'm all about teamwork and sharing the rewards, so there's equity on the table too.

Hey, I am on a same boat making a product on the Recruitment side. Mission of our company is to bring the duration of 8 weeks or more (as per industry average) for closing a job position / hiring a candidate to 4 weeks. We are thriving to achieve that by providing multiple solution. I would love to chat with you.

Hi Naveen, I love your doer approach and proactiveness!
HRtech is a tough domain, there is a reason why the valuations are low and investors don't like the domain.
What is the pain point you start with for this project? Which validation did you conduct?
You may be able to integrate it for LinkedIn but I don't know what functionality they add.
If you are focusing on low-budget small companies you can offer pay-per-use for start in smaller amounts. To make those decisions it will be better to go check in the market and conduct some interviews.
The pain point I initially identified was the time-consuming nature of screening calls, and the idea was to streamline this process using AI automation. As for validation, I've reached out to recruiters and HR professionals for their input, but I'm still in the early stages of gathering feedback.
I'm curious about the integration with LinkedIn you mentioned. Do you have any specific suggestions on how this could enhance my service? Also, the pay-per-use model for small companies sounds promising. Can you recommend effective strategies for conducting market interviews ?
The answers of those questions are complicated, thats why you may need a cofounder from the product and business aspect. I tried to help with my suggestions. In general I would suggest to iterate with customers understand the exact need and usp and continue from there
Hi Naveen,
I checked out your website and am wondering if you are getting any traction with your current pricing model. I was thinking about how start-ups and small business have a cash flow problem (more times than not) and charging a recurring monthly fee for a single project use case may be causing some lost opportunity there. Any thoughts on offering this on a project (position filled based pricing)?
Wishing you the best success.
~Joshua
Hi Joshua,
Thanks for checking out the site and sharing your thoughts! You've touched on a key point – traction has been a challenge, and I've been pondering whether the pricing model is a factor. The idea of switching to a position-filled based pricing is intriguing, but I'm grappling with its practicality since the app currently doesn't track which positions get filled; it primarily focuses on identifying candidates who excel in screenings.
I'm definitely open to exploring this idea further and would love to chat about how such a pricing model might work. If interested to chat, please share your email and I can send an meeting invite.
