Seeking a CTO / indiehacker to join EdTech startup

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer with a technical background for a new Education Technology platform (Equity allocated). Around USD $350 trillion worth of financial products globally currently reference LIBOR which is set to be discontinued in the next few years. SOFR Academy provides high quality online education to help organizations success in this new financial ecosystem. This change will impact almost every Financial and Non-Financial institutions in the developed world, so the opportunity is significant.

We currently have 300 organizations who have registered their interest in our services and are receiving ~3-5 new leads per day. We are an approved AWS educate partner and have secured a panel of Advisors that include professors from Harvard University, the MIT Sloan School of Management and a former McKinsey & Company consultant.

Equity in the firm will be allocated to the candidate commensurate with experience and contribution. Preference for WordPress /developer background and /or online marketing / growth hacker experience. My background is investment banking and I am new to the indiehacker / startup community.
