Seeking a founding engineer for a post-revenue tool in real estate. > 1000 on the waitlist. >100k in my audience for distribution.

Hey Everyone, I was working on a tool to scratch my own itch for faster real estate analysis.

Tweeted to my audience and got >1,000 on the waitlist.

Then tested paid traction and have few paying users now.

All to say, I am taking it seriously now but do not have the bandwidth to go build it out more. I have two friends helping out part-time. Both A players and I think I need a 3rd one with UI/UX chops to keep up with the opportunity.

Its a functioning prototype and needs to be production ready

The goal is to get to 5k/month in revenue in 3 months and 10k/m in 6 months.

REQUIREMENTS

Skills - Typescript + HTML/CSS.

Will do equity and profit split.

Need 10-15 hours a week till June 30
