The Role — Growth & Marketing Partner (Fractional, Pre-Funding)

We’re looking for someone who:
• Wants to be part of a larger vision — not just doing tasks, but shaping the voice of a movement.
• Can build an early audience and waitlist among CPG founders, FoodTech enthusiasts, and investors.
• Has the copywriting and storytelling chops to turn technical ideas into magnetic narratives.
• Knows how to run scrappy growth experiments — testing channels, content, and messaging quickly.
• Thrives on collaboration and working with vision-driven builders.

🛠 Skills & Prerequisites
• 3+ years in growth marketing, content, or demand gen (B2B SaaS or Food/CPG adjacent).
• Hands-on experience building social + community engagement from scratch.
• Strong storytelling skills (can make the future feel tangible).
• Comfort with ambiguity — you like creating from chaos.
• Bonus: curiosity about archetypes, astrology, or patterns of disruption.

⚖️ Compensation
• Equity Only Path: 1– 2% equity (4-yr vesting, 1-yr cliff).
• Hybrid Path Possible: $500–$700K/month retainer + 0.1–0.25% equity.
• Post-funding: pathway to Head of Growth / CMO role with salary + refreshed options.
