Hey Everyone, I was working on a tool to scratch my own itch for faster real estate analysis. Tweeted out to my audience to test demand and got tons of interest.
Then tested paid traction and got some hits as well.
I am taking it seriously now but do not have the bandwidth to go build it out more and hoping to team up with someone qualified and capable.
Its a functioning prototype and needs to be production ready
The goal is to get to 5k/month in revenue in 3 months and 10k/m in 6 months.
Skills - React, Nodejs, HTML/CSS, AWS.
Will do equity and rev split.

I recommend finding engineers through Githired. With Githired you can search for your project idea on Github, and use the Githired chrome extension to get in contact with the developers on any relevant projects that match what you're trying to build.
