Seeking a Technical Advisor or Part-Time Ruby Manager

I am a non-technical founder of FunnelRolodex.com. I have partnered with ClickFunnels.com to build a marketplace for their 103,000+ paying subscribers. I am in the process of building a small development team to rebuild our marketplace. Our plans so far have been to develop the site in Ruby and React, but I'm open to alternatives with good reason.

After a conversation with @JonathanOron, he suggested I reach out to the IndieHacker community to see if I could find either a technical-advisor or part-time manager to help grow and manage this development team. We could really benefit from having another entrepreneurial set of eyes on the development of the site.
