Seeking CEO / Co-Founder for PodShift: Text-to-Podcast App

I'm Ulas, the founder of PodShift, an app that transforms text-based content into engaging podcasts, potentially disrupting the way people learn and consume information.

I have 15+ years of experience in tech, and I've built PodShift from the ground up by myself. It has most things (iOS App, Android App, Backend, Landing etc.) ready to launch.

Now, I'm on the hunt for a talented, driven, and experienced co-founder who shares my passion for this and is eager to help scale this product into a successful business.

About PodShift:

PodShift is designed to make audio learning accessible, enjoyable, and time-efficient. It converts any article into a personal podcast episode, with life-like voiceovers, using AI. Our users can enjoy curated content on their commutes, during workouts, or even while relaxing, making the most of their time and expanding their knowledge.

Who I'm Looking For:

I'm in search of a co-founder with a strong background in business and marketing, ideally with some years of proven experience. The ideal candidate would be someone who:

• Believes in the transformative power of audio learning and is passionate about helping people optimize their time and learn more efficiently.
• Has a proven track record in growing and scaling startups, with expertise in areas like marketing, sales, business development, and fundraising.
• Possesses strong leadership and communication skills, and is comfortable working with a remote team.
• Is committed to the long-term vision and success of PodShift, and is ready to work hard, side by side with me, to achieve our goals.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

As a co-founder, you'll be responsible for driving the business and marketing aspects of PodShift, including:

• Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and grow our user base.
• Building strategic partnerships and collaborations to increase PodShift's reach and visibility.
• Securing funding and managing financials to ensure the growth and sustainability of the business.
• Guiding the company's vision and strategy alongside me, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
