Seeking Co-Founders for B2B SaaS Project

Hi Indie Hackers,

I'm Moritz Hofmann, a 34-year-old entrepreneur from Germany. From 2005 to 2018, I built and ran a successful B2C marketplace that, at its peak, generated €1.2 million in revenue and €300k in personal profit in one year. Although I consider myself fortunate for that experience, it provided me with a solid foundation in business development.

Over the past two years, I've focused on the B2B SaaS space, gaining extensive experience in cold outreach, conducting B2B interviews, and executing sales in the German market. Currently, I'm involved in a SaaS project where I secured initial customers through proactive cold outreach and sales meetings. However, my co-founders are only available part-time due to their full-time jobs. This limitation has motivated me to seek an additional project to split my time between.

I’m looking to start this new venture not with an idea, but with a target audience in mind. The plan is to identify and interview the target group, uncover their pain points, and create a software solution tailored to their needs.

I'm hoping to find two co-founders:

• One business-oriented partner to collaborate with through regular video calls and virtual teamwork.
• A technical co-founder, ideally a software developer.
