Seeking collaborator/consultant for completing a Bubble PWA and building a yet-to-be created iOS mobile app

I am currently interviewing developers in looking for a consultant as a potential long term collaborator. The deliverables would be a text classification ML algorithm for a Bubble PWA and iOS mobile app. Would be open to candidate building more algorithms given candidate’s current abilities and ability to show relevant past work.
