Seeking CTO cofounder for Techstars company

We are creating a social network for engaging with media together. Users can listen together or send recommendations to each to stay in sync on things they listen to.
We have been funded by Techstars and have tech mentorship from the CTO of Candy Crush, Ikea, Disney. We have deals in place with major podcasters and raising an angel round with some great initial investors.
I run a successful podcast myself and am a serial founder and my business partner lead growth at two of Technation's fastest growing apps.
Once we have done our seed round wages will go up...

I know a guy who would be perfect for your startup. He was managing my developers allowing me to build my business but unfortunately at this stage in the game for me I couldn't afford to keep him on board due to budget cuts and loss of an investor due to Covid. The guy lives in India speaks perfect English and can manage teams. He's also a programmer himself and builds admin panels and themes in his spare time and also owns a business helping WordPress users and building custom applications. If you're open to diversity I can forward this post to him because he's currently looking for a bigger company to work with than mine. It was a huge loss when he left due to my inability to increase his salary and now I'm back to managing the team myself and trying to build an MVP product. The guys worth every penny you could spend my loss is your gain. I'm hoping to hire a few sales guys next month to increase revenue and hopefully I can buy him back. Let me know if you're interested in someone living outside the country. For me and virtual meetings it's kind of my thing I don't really feel like there's any reason to have to hire somebody in my own country but other people you know feel different about that.
