Seeking Dynamic COO to Ignite a $10M ARR Turnaround for a Previously $1M Jewelry Subscription Box

Hey everyone,

Interesting situation here. I previously ran an eCommerce jewelry subscription box and scaled it to $1m ARR in revenue then basically let the product die after not working on it for the past 18 months while finishing college. Frankly I wasn’t passionate about the product so didn’t put in any extra work other than what I needed to pay the bills.

Now the company has some debt, but a clear path forward

I have:

  • $15k Inventory (at cost, could support next $250k in sales )
  • 100k Email list
  • 25k SMS list
  • Website, Landing Pages, Etc
  • Deep Niche Knowledge
  • Plan to scale the business to $10m ARR within 6-12 months (modeled after $50m/yr company in adjacent niche)

I am looking for someone to take on a COO role and work directly with me to reboot this company and gear it up for a sale in 6-12 months once we can aggressively project growth. I will be able to meet daily and respond 24/7, but need you to take on the burden of the day to day workload of operations. I haven’t decided on a split or percentage yet. Frankly it depends on what you bring to the table and what will motivate you.

Ideal Requirements:

  • Hyper Motivated
  • Some Experience in eCommerce
  • Tech Savvy
  • Zapier, Make, Airtable, and other no code experience a plus
  • All in Mentality

TLDR: Seeking a highly motivated COO to help relaunch a once-$1M ARR jewelry subscription business, aiming for $10M ARR and a profitable sale within 6-12 months.

This is an excellent post and opportunity. Just my 2c, the guys I know who are into jewellery aren't into tech and the tech guys I know , aren't into jewellery.

Just a suggestion but might find by creating two part time roles/opportunities, with those personalities may be easier to get the right people.
