Seeking feedback before our 2nd website updates

Hi Everyone!

We have launched our startup MVP Maker ( https://mvpmaker.co/ ) almost a month ago and run ads to drive traffic to our website. We have couple of organic visits and we have observed that the prospects are like looking for something which we hope you could help us to figure out what were those.

Thank you in advance.

Hey @CodeDotCare, congratulations on your launch. The site looks great.

One thing that can increase your performance is to add some social proof. It's not clear from the landing page if anybody has used your service.

Even if you don't have prominent customers, you can say things like: "We are serving companies similar to {Name}, {Name}, {Name}."
Or "We are building a business to serve {Name}, {Name}, {Name}."
Or if you personally have experience with finding and managing IT teams, you can say something like, "We have found IT teams for over 15 projects."

@CodeDotCare, if this was helpful, then check out my website, SplashPad (https://getsplashpad.com). SplashPad helps you promote your product more effectively by suggesting marketing language that attracts attention and sells. In fact, these tips came straight from SplashPad. Good luck!

Hi @ryanh1 , Thank you for your feedback. These are very helpful.
I also visited your website and your value proposition is quite promising.
Maybe you could share your conversion rate on emails? Thank you :-)

Hi @CodeDotCare - great question. Conversion rates depend on the product and email campaign that you use SplashPad for. But people who have used it have noticed a significant improvement and continue using the product. Out of curiosity, @CodeDotCare, why do you say that the value proposition is promising. Are you working on promotional emails for mvpmaker?

    A few comments:

    1. the chat window pops up too fast and can be a distraction. I did not even have the chance to finish reading the tagline
    2. When I see "IT team", I think of the system admins that help employee install software. But it seems to mean engineer team in here.
    3. There are a lot of people in the current plan which does not seem necessary for a starter package.

Hi @jiaoshuo, Thanks a lot for your feedback.
      They are very good points.
For the 3rd point, would you mind to explain a bit more? like which one do you think is not necessary and why do you think it's not necessary?

      Thank you again.

I think most people have at least one or more of those roles already - they would not be missing all roles and still having a company.

    Hi,
i just checked your landing page on my mobile.
half of the page is covered with "cookies policy" part when checked on mobile.
    please adjust that part.

        welcome!
i went through the entire page & learnt what it is about.
Honestly landing page clearly depicts what service you are offering.
Is it possible to show sample MVP links which were developed by your team?
actually people would want to see something in the form of proof.
if we look from non IT guy's perspective, the person will want to make sure that you have great team working behind for his/her MVP(small projects)

@nitin_k on our early version of the website, we showed sample projects (photos of the projects). However there were no much clicks on that part. The users would usually go to features and how our teams work sections. We are not exactly sure if maybe the "how our teams work" section is vague or maybe they need a demo. I agree with you that we have to show if we have a great team. We are planning some upgrades like having a separate page for developers wherein they can see some demos. However it is a big step. We are conducting and A/B test for that part.

@CodeDotCare Ok, may be that upgrade could be game changing for you. i love the fact that you are iterating to see what works for you.
lets see what others advice on this
            Cheers!
