Listybee is designed to revolutionize the way people create lists and collaborate with others. It allows users to effortlessly create and manage various types of lists, such as travel itineraries, to-do lists, wishlists, and more. Collaboration is a key feature, enabling users to work together in real-time, making the app ideal for teams, friends, and family.

I am by no means an expert, but here are my 2 cents:
I think the design is really nice and clear, no distracting visuals or fonts / colours.
In terms of the value proposition, while I do fully understand what I get, I don't totally understand why I couldn't just do the same thing with i.e. Notion or some other widely used tool. Probably a stupid question, sorry for that, but although I use lists quite a bit, the added benefit is not immediately apparent to me (tho I'm sure there is one, hence the point!).
Also, random thing: there is a space missing on the last point explaining the cross platform feature, before "seamless".

ListyBee vision is to focus on the creation and management of various types of lists, with a strong emphasis on easily lists creation , lists sharing, list collaboration . It streamlines the process of list creation and provides specialized features tailored to the needs of list enthusiasts. While other tools may offer list functionalities as part of their broader feature set, ListyBee's laser focus on lists enables a more streamlined and intuitive experience!

Your notes about the site's performance are incredibly helpful. I truly appreciate your direct approach in highlighting the areas that need improvement. The information you shared about the landing page size and image optimization is invaluable. I completely agree that optimizing the size of the images, especially crossMockup.svg and homeMockup.svg, will greatly enhance the page's loading speed. I'll definitely take your suggestions into account and explore the options you mentioned, such as saving them as Webp with transparency and utilizing @astrojs/image for resizing and converting uploads.
Regarding the use of GIFs, I understand your point about its inefficiency. I'll look into leveraging Webp animations as an alternative to improve the performance and file size.
The issue with the slide animation getting cut off towards the end is something I'll address as well. Your suggestion to comment out the onAnimationEnd listener and leave the animation class on the element is worth exploring. I'll also check out the animation-fill-mode property on MDN if needed.
Your observation about the yellow clouds behind the features being cropped out on the sides is spot on. I'll consider finding or creating an image with a tall aspect ratio to ensure it remains fully visible and responsive.
Lastly, I appreciate your personal preference regarding making the top-left logo bigger. I'll experiment with different sizes and find the optimal balance to enhance its visibility.
