I think the website is clear and I like the youtube video explainer.
Some minor remarks:
-"Auto-magically get your hands on relevant content in real-time." => Not sure what is meant with Auto-magically
-No favicon
-Update date in footer
-The unread message is annoying
I thought the YouTube video was very good at giving me an idea of what you’re offering. (Though at first I thought the story was that your product does the curating. Later it seemed that your product makes it easier and more efficient for ME to curate.)
Your FAQs are unclear to your disadvantage, because you’re using “only” in the wrong place and too broadly. See “Can I publish on my Facebook Profile, Pages, and Groups?” Your answer (“At this time we only support publishing to Facebook Pages and Groups”) when read literally says that you do NOT support any other platform. You should drop the “only” and say: “We currently support publishing to Facebook Pages and Groups. We are working on to bring publishing functionality to Facebook Profile.” Similar comment re “Can I publish on my LinkedIn, Profile, Pages, and Groups?”
Thanks for your valuable feedback and for pointing out the copy errors.
The over the fold area is very busy. Product Hunt popup. Signup CTA popup. Fake "1 new message" that is very annoying, and then asking user to watch some video. Also, the fake message thing blocks the Privacy & Terms thing as well.
By looking at the over the fold area, I don't know what this is. "Easily find and share highly-Relevant content to keep your social media streams flowing!" does not tell me is this a tool for end users to curate their social media streams, or is this some kind of tool for content creators. "curating social media" sounds like it's for end users, but "keep your social media streams flowing" kind of sounds like it's for content creators.
I'm still confused after the How It works part. It seems to imply this is a tool that allows me to get content from places like Reddit and then re-publish that in my Facebook. Why would I want to do that, though?
Moving the mouse cursor over the Discover, Curate etc areas make the layout move around in a very distracting way. Also, it's unclear to me whether the images shown for example next to the Discover area are real screenshots of your product or just stock images.
There's no reason for those pricing plans things not to be fully clickable. If you show a mouse hover effect on them, they should all be clickable, too. Not just the CTA button.
I don't know what "1 Content Stream" means.
I'm glad it's explained very soon in the FAQ section, but I'm still unsure is this product something for end users or for businesses / content creators. The pricing part seems to imply this is for businesses / content creators only.
After browsing through the entire landing page, I don't understand what the product is. I know some of the key features, but I don't know what the benefits of using this would be for me, or is this even for me.
Also, now that I see the Android and iPhone logos in the footer, I'm even more confused. I thought this was a web app.
I browsed back up and watched the Youtube video. That video was great and I think it answered my all questions about what this product is. The problem is that many people are not going to watch that video and if they don't, they can be equally confused about this product as I was.
The bottom line is that the product itself seems interesting and the video about it is pretty good but the landing page is not great in explaining the product and its benefits. If you can make the landing page compliment the Youtube video, this would be much better. Now most of the landing page is very confusing unless you watch the video first.
Lastly, the website is painfully slow. It gets a website speed test score of D-67 out of A-100. It's so slow, many people are not going to even stick around to wait it load and Google is going to penalize you by having such a slow website by pushing you down in search results.
