Hey All,

I want to validate an idea with you, I want to create a simple web service that give the user a lightweight agent and install it in any VMs runs in AWS, Azure, GCP, Digital Ocean, On-prems, ... etc. then the user will setup conditions from web service portal when those conditions matches the VM will be shutdown automatically.

Example I want my EC2 in AWS to shutdown every night and every weekend and also if CPU utilization under 20% for 1 hour.

The pricing model will be monthly subscription about $3~$5 per month for any numbers of VMs.

This mean that for any number of VMs in different cloud providers, you will only pay $5 per month not for each VM.

So what do you think ?
