Seeking founders who want smarter AI, not just bigger ones

Hey everyone!

We’re a focused team at DevVoid, a software and AI development studio that helps startups go from “interesting MVPs” to production-ready, scalable products.

Over the past few months, we’ve noticed something interesting in the AI world:
everyone’s obsessed with bigger models… but not necessarily smarter ones.

Founders come to us after trying expensive APIs, only to realize:
the problem isn’t the model, it’s the data.

So that’s where we come in.

We help startups:

  • Fine-tune open models on their own clean, structured data
  • Build custom AI workflows (not just ChatGPT wrappers)
  • Integrate everything with scalable DevOps and cloud setups
  • Ship real products, not just demos

We’ve worked with early-stage founders building SaaS tools, automation products, and internal AI copilots.

They don’t need trillion-parameter models, they need AI that actually understands their business.

That’s what we specialize in.

If you’re building something in AI or automation and need:

  • A technical partner who actually ships, or
  • Help turning your prototype into a reliable, production-grade system

…let’s talk.

Always happy to collaborate with like-minded growth seekers.

    This is a great point.

When working with early-stage founders, where do you usually see the biggest
data gaps — labeling, consistency, or unclear objectives?

Would love to hear how you approach that early on.

Hey — appreciate the transparency in your post. Your focus on data quality and real, production-ready AI is refreshing, especially with how much noise there is around “bigger models.”

I’m a trades professional (electrician) working on an AI-driven tool for the contracting industry. It’s a space with a lot of inefficiencies, outdated processes, and high-value problems that AI can meaningfully improve — but only if it’s built on clean, structured, domain-specific data. That’s why your approach stood out to me.

I’m still in the early stages and keeping the specifics offline for now, but the core challenges revolve around workflow automation, intelligent extraction, and producing outputs that contractors can actually use in the field. It’s practical work, not hype-driven AI.

I’m not looking for a generic agency or a one-off build. I’m looking for the right technical partnership — someone who understands that the real leverage comes from the data, the structure, and the workflow design, not from chasing the biggest model. Your philosophy seems aligned with that.

If you’re open to a conversation, I’d be happy to share more privately and see whether there’s a fit.

I'm a Senior Research Head at one of the largest food and grocery delivery startups in the world. I've spent years building internal research systems and automating insights pipelines at scale. Now I've taken those learnings and built something for the broader market.

    What I Have:
I've built AI-powered research automation tools that work and solve real problems for researchers and analysts. These aren't side-project experiments - they're production-grade tools I've refined through actual use at scale. I can build and improve them continuously.

    What I Need Help With
I'm a builder who hasn't shipped before. I have working code but genuinely don't know:
Should this be a hosted SaaS? Colab notebooks? A course? Something else?
How to set up payments, pricing, and customer onboarding
Whether I need infrastructure/hosting or if there's a simpler path
How to actually get paying customers

The core question: I have valuable code - what do I do with it to turn it into a business?

    Who I'm Looking For
Someone who's shipped and sold products (ideally both technical and non-technical solutions).

I'm honestly open to hearing "you need to host this" OR "just sell Colab notebooks" - I need someone who can assess what actually makes sense.
