The Mission
Sentinel is building the world's first automated, real-time risk intelligence platform designed specifically to protect civilian life in active conflict zones. We use OSINT, multi-agent AI (Atlas G3), and geospatial data to provide evacuation logistics and survival coordination. We are mission-driven, building for the "Grandparent Rule"—the interface must be simple enough for a non-tech-savvy farm worker or elderly person to use on a legacy device during a crisis.
The Role:
Founding Systems Architect (Product Engineer) & FSD We are looking for a veteran engineer (10+ years) to serve as our "God-Tier" architect and full-stack engine. You will own the end-to-end technical architecture, moving from core ingestion to survival service modules.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Bulletproof the Core: Finalize the Atlas G3 Multi-Agent Pipeline (News Aggregator, Threat Analyst, and Logistics Mapping) and secure it against state-sponsored spoofing and false-flag reports.
Build Survival Modules: Lead the development of our Tier 2 survival infrastructure, including the Jobs (Taskrabbit-style), Lodgings (Airbnb-style), and Barter/Marketplace modules.
Geospatial Innovation: Implement Waze-style localized threat pinning and dynamic evacuation routing that updates as threats emerge.
AI Governance: Architect and maintain strict .agent/rules for Antigravity and Cursor to ensure code governance in a high-speed, AI-orchestrated environment.
The Tech Stack:
Backend: Python 3.9+, Django 4.1.13, MongoDB.
Intelligence: Multi-model AI orchestration (Gemini 3 Pro / 2.5 Flash).
Frontend: Flutter (Dart) for high accessibility on legacy mobile devices.
Infrastructure: AWS + Cloudflare for security and performance.
Compensation & Expectations: Sentinel is currently in the pre-seed, unfunded phase (funding expected in 6–10 weeks).
Equity: Founding member equity grant (0.5% – 2.0% or up to 12-18% for the Lead Architect, depending on the role structure).
Commitment: ≥40 hours per week.
