I'm a solo developer who's developed a small handful of B2B SaaS apps (currently around $3.5k MRR and growing month over month). I am finding myself in a position where I've accumulated a growing to-do list (everything from small feature requests to unskilled manual tasks to larger features / new app ideas) and I am getting stuck in the muck and not making as much progress as I'd like shipping product or on larger marketing initiatives, as more of my week is getting taken up by calls and emails with prospective customers, providing support to existing customers, etc.
Other than my website and some graphic design work, I've taken a perverse pride in having done everything myself. That said, given that I'm finally nearing ramen profitability, I think I am close to being able to start farming out work / tasks and getting some actual leverage.
For those of you who have been in my position and then surpassed it, do you have any advice in terms of how to begin getting more leverage? Better time management strategies to better grind it alone? Look for an actual cofounder? Find a good developer abroad to outsource additional work? Virtual assistant?
Thanks!
