Seeking Lead Gen Partner: Collab On & Trade Email Lists of Real Estate Agents & Others

Hey, IndieHackers!

I'm seeking someone else targeting real estate agents in the US for their product or service to team up on lead gen.

I have an excel list of 500 real estate agents (email verified) in CA that I'm growing each week. I think it'd be cool to find someone else to help me grow the list via seeking webpages and recording info (personally or with a bot) and both make use of the list to sell our things. Over time, I'll also be seeking leads at law firms and other sorts of companies.
