Seeking Marketing Co-Founder for already built AI SaaS

I am a Software Engineer at Microsoft, and I have built an AI SaaS webapp on the side. The webapp is an AI agent that helps business digest legal documents. https://LegalClarityAi.com

I am looking for a marketing co-founder who can do 0 to 1 marketing and sales. Preferably in Pacific Time Zone. Willing to split equity 50/50 with the right person.

If this is something that resonates with you, drop a comment telling me about yourself and we can connect.

I help early-stage founders turn promising products into active, revenue-driven projects by finding and engaging real users—fast.

I’d love to discuss how https://tractionmate.com/ can help accelerate your early traction and growth, utilizing a combination of hands-on assistance, data-driven outreach, and proven playbooks (not just generic advice).

Open to a quick call or chat this week to explore how we can help you get your project in the hands of more active users?

    Hi Melvin,
Facu here (@arcfoundry). I’m building Arc, an AI desktop chat app with multi-provider intelligence and a premium UX. I noticed your background in AI SaaS marketing and growth — I’d love to talk about teaming up to scale Arc and reach the right audience. Are you open to exploring a marketing co-founder or growth partner role?

    Cheers,
    Facu

Love the AI space as well. I'm working on ClaritySMB, an AI-powered business coach for small business owners that helps them assess their business, set priorities, and stay on track.

That said, I’ve found 50/50 splits can be tricky long term. A solid operating agreement is essential, especially for handling deadlocks. One person having final decision rights (even 51/49) tends to work better.

Happy to chat if you're open to sharing more about what you’ve built and where you're headed.

    Hey Melvin,

Great job building that out — sounds like a solid tool with a clear value prop. I’ve been working on a project in the WordPress space that helps site owners troubleshoot and improve performance
I come from a growth and technical marketing background, mostly focused on early traction and positioning. Would be happy to connect and see if there’s alignment.

50/50 is not a good split. If you intend to raise funds in future.
