Seeking Marketing Co-Founder / Partner for Project With Recruiter Experience.
I'm looking for a partner that would be interested in a project to disrupt the recruiting process.
Recruiting in my mind is still broken even with LinkedIn as a giant in this market. There are still inefficiencies, antiquated practices and all around slow uncertainties based off of your connections and who you know. I'm not looking to take on LinkedIn but be a supplemental tool for Job Seekers and Recruiters / Head Hunters in conjunction with LinkedIn (NOT A Competitor).
I'll be validating and beginning the process of creating the MVP Web Application that will drive the product. I'm not a Developer as I will be utilizing No-Code tools to power and scale the MVP rapidly.
I'm looking for a "Like Minded" indie hacker type individuals that might want to go on this journey with me. This will be a bootstrapped model so investment will be very minimal and require sweet equity mostly.

Recruiting is so broken. Rather than address the root causes of the problem, the industry is moving to snake-oily solutions like "AI" (https://www.washingtonpost.com/technology/2019/10/22/ai-hiring-face-scanning-algorithm-increasingly-decides-whether-you-deserve-job/). I hope you can find a way to add value and wish you the best of luck!
Thanks for the reply Derek. Ya I don’t see AI being adopted however interesting article. My approach is speeding up the processes with quickly finding results instead of digging around on job boards, LinkedIn connections, etc. it’s all way too tedious for the passive and active seekers.

Got my domain registered and setup. I have the initial app Skelton built. No-Code iteration speed is ridiculous. Today I’ll be dabbling on the base domain landing page for buzz, early adopter signup and launch notification / progress. Stay tuned for the URL to check it out.
