Seeking non-technical co-founder for growing an already-released mobile dating product

About the product:
We have a mobile dating application where you meet people based on memes instead of swiping on people. We offer fun, addicting features centered around memes.

What we're looking for:
Somebody with experience growing a business. We have a product that people love, we just need to grow it.
We are interested in somebody who can help us grow to the next stage, with the eventual goal being funding. Marketing experience is required.
The team works remotely, but we are looking for a launch in St. Petersburg, FL. If you are located there, or near there, that's also a plus. If you end up joining as a remote member, understand that we all live in the EST timezone. Aside from meetings, we have no specific time requirements.
You'll meet with the team each week, but working closely with the head of product on marketing and growth tactics. Though you would be
joining this late in the game, the ideal person is someone we can consider a co-founder. Culture is important to us, and having someone that fits on that level is a requirement.
We are flexible when it comes to skills, but first and foremost we're looking for a reliable person who can make the commitments they set out to complete each week. To sum up the requested skill set:
-Experience growing B2C mobile applications
-Experience with marketing/growth tactics
-Product/Market fit experience
-US-based

What we can offer:
We are bootstrapped with most of our cash flow going towards marketing costs and tech overhead. In exchange, you will receive a percentage of co-founder equity. Equity percentage is generous, and will be flexible on a per-person basis. Factors we will consider are:

About the team:
We are currently a team of 2 developers and a product manager. We all have FT jobs and work on this on the side. We have been passionately working on this for over 2 years. All of us work remotely with our head of product actively engaging with users based in St. Petersburg.
