Seeking Podcast Producer

Anybody fit these two criteria?:

1. Love business podcasts.
2. Interested in developing skills as a podcast producer/editor.

We've got a podcast started with around 20 episodes released and some amazing entrepreneurs on as guests (e.g. David Hauser, of Grasshopper--bootstrapped to $30M+ ARR)

We are two co-hosts looking for a burgeoning podcast producer to be in charge of editing content (cutting the fat and making the story clear and engaging). You don't have to have a ton of experience, although some would be great. We can help with the process as you learn the ropes.
