Hi there,
I've recently built a small SaaS project called Spurr (https://spurrapp.com). It's an attempt to solve the problem of asynchronous remote team building – people don't want to sit on yet another Zoom call to bond with their colleagues.
Spurr offers a way for remote companies to run fun cooperative fitness challenges on Slack.
My target market: HR and team lead in primarily tech companies that use Slack.
After 2 months since launch, I have around 10 teams using it and 2 teams paying for it. Based on my stats and feedback from the teams, once people start using it they actually like it. But most of the growth came from the PH launch. I tried DMing leads on LinkedIn, Linkedin ads, google ads but nothing worked well enough.
I'm a full-stack engineer & designer but I have little experience with marketing and sales. I'm seeking help in whichever form – mentoring, tips, help with sales for commission, partnership…
Cheers!
@kafejo Would love to chat with you about how I do this under https://tractionmate.com by focussing on ideal users and carrying on a manual one-to-one outreach. I can also create lead magnets for the prospects to sign up for on the lines of the services under https://listbuildify.com You can see some of the lead magnet ideas from the website - past work section on the website of Listbuildify. And more about email list building using lead magnets, you can read articles here - https://blog.listbuildify.com/
Hi Ales,
You need someone who can make you a better website.
Sales video, lead capturing etc.
Then have a very straight plan of what kind of fish you want to catch.
You should consider getting another founder or a mentor that has some level of equity. You need someone who is investing in you and developing your strategy... Otherwise you are going to be stuck for a while.
Feel free to connect, I'm happy to take half an hour on Zoom: https://calendly.com/jannik

Hey Ales, I work in technical sales for a B2B HR Tech SaaS company. Just checked out the website and think there's some quick wins and larger opportunities to resonate to this ICP.
Let me know if you'd want to connect!
