Seeking Senior IOS Dev, In exchange for hourly rate and mentorship.

I'm looking for a senior engineer to oversee our IOS Live Streaming app. We currently have a developer working on the project, but we need help ensuring the app has good architecture and is meeting quality code standards. I plan on continuing to work with our current developer, I just need a second set of eyes on the project.

I also need someone who can really take leadership of the project, and help me squash some of the edge case bugs that we have in production.

Our app is written in native IOS, and we have no plans to release this for Android. The app is already live in the app store, and is currently being used by 1,000s of users.

You should be a senior engineer, who is comfortable performing code reviews and suggesting architecture changes based on the business needs. I currently have an in-house team working on the API that supports the app. This position will only be focused on the codebase for the IOS app.

This would be a long term position, with about 20 hours worth of work each month.

**In addition to the hourly rate, I will also offer you mentorship in your own personal projects. I've started 2 companies with over $50k MRR, but my favorite journey is helping founders go from $100 MRR - $10,000 MRR.

I think this would be a great opportunity for a an IndieHacker who is looking to subsidize their full time Indie Hacking journey, with a light part time job.
