I need a partner in crime to build a MVP. I have the design in hand. Major plus if you have a product mindset.
High level overview:
A web app where users can get a recommendation on whether an online ad for a specialized category of product/service is legitimate or not. The app will analyze and provide a trust and safety recommendation.

you are joking right, he put AI in the description, obviously, the idea is to build an MVP and find some dumb money to invest in it hoping there will be a lot of money and the app somehow works.
but very brave attempting to build a customer-centric AI driven product without any money to collect and classify the stupid amount of data so some sort of machine learning can run on it, or more likely have zero ideas what actually means to add AI in an application.
It's a consumer type app, so no users yet. The goal is to throw up a quick MVP and build traction from there.
