Seeking something between co-founder, tech advisor, business advisor

One of my ideas is in the area of college and high school graduation ceremonies (for when such things happen again), helping schools have more engaging ceremonies that highlight the accomplishments of individual students more prominently, and making the ceremony more engaging and enjoyable for the families.

I'd like help with:

  • Making a strategy to validate the idea, both in terms of market interest/size and technical feasibility (the product likely involves some on-site hand-holding with clients so I'm trying to assess whether it's scalable enough). Assuming the idea seems worth investigating, I'd like someone I can meet with regularly to give updates on validation progress and how to interpret the results of the feedback I've gotten from potential customers.

  • Making an implementation plan. Much of the product is a pretty standard Saas, and I'd like some feedback on which tools I might use. (I'm a longtime developer but much of my work has been in games and desktop applications, so I often feel with Saas stuff that I don't know how to pick the best tools, especially when it comes to data integrity/security issues.) And part might involve some fancier stuff with face recognition or some suitable alternative.

The ideal person would be someone who is enthusiastic about the idea, has the business and/or technical experience, and wants to work on the project together as a co-founder. But I'd also be happy to get that piecemeal, paying someone for business mentoring, technical advice, etc.

I should also say that I'm thinking of this (and my other ideas) as lifestyle businesses. I don't want to grow a big company. I don't want to have employees, although as I say this particular idea might involve some on-site customer hand-holding, so I'm trying to think of ways to keep that as low overhead as possible.
