We’re live on Product Hunt today with Tooling Studio MCP. 🚀
Tooling Studio MCP connects MCP-compatible AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor directly to Sales CRM and Kanban Tasks inside Google Workspace.
The goal is simple: help teams keep CRM and task systems updated while work is actively happening.
Instead of manually updating records after calls, meetings, and email threads, teams can describe what needs to happen in plain language:
• “Create follow-ups for next week”
• “Move this deal to Proposal”
• “Read these meeting notes and create tasks for the team”
The AI can inspect the workspace structure first, find the right contacts, deals, tasks, or boards, and then apply the update using the existing permissions and workflows already in place.
Teams can continue working with the contacts, boards, and workflows they already have instead of rebuilding everything around another system.
We also opened a limited launch offer for early teams trying MCP: 🎉
50% off for the first 3 months using the code MCP50.
The offer is limited to the first 500 redeems.
Would genuinely love feedback from the Indie Hackers community.

This is a strong workflow wedge because you’re not trying to replace CRM or task systems. You’re sitting inside the workspace where the work is already happening and letting AI update the operational layer from natural language. That is much cleaner than asking teams to adopt another system just to keep the old systems updated.
The real positioning strength is “work happens once, systems stay current automatically.” CRM updates, follow-ups, deal movement, and task creation are all painful because they happen after the real work, not during it. MCP makes that timing gap much more interesting.
But the naming is a serious issue here. Tooling Studio MCP explains the mechanics, but it feels more like a developer integration label than a product teams would remember or trust as their workspace automation layer. If this grows beyond a Product Hunt launch into a serious AI workflow platform, a cleaner brand like Xevoa .com would carry the category much better.
