Seeking tech co-founder for a messaging app

I’m looking to find a technical cofounder to work with me on a quirky messaging app. Ideally, I’d like to meet up in London, preferably at a location that serves coffee. You need technical founder for sure. First thing, messaging app is a money sinkhole, so you need to have monetization or you will run out of $ in no time.
