Seeking Tech Co-Founder for Social App
Hi - I'm an idea guy - Over the last 20 years I've come up with many ideas for innovative technology products. Unfortunately, none have seen the light of day to this point. I believe the reason for this is not that they are not great ideas, but more so that I don't have the time to build the tech. Many starts and stops have resulted in a lack of progress. Therefore, I'm hoping to find a tech co-founder - some one who shares my beliefs in how tech should work from an experience perspective, and has the time to dedicate to the project on a consistent basis. As I don't have financial backing, I cannot pay someone for their time currently. However, I'm hoping to find a long term partner that is able to spend some time on the side of their regular full time job to build a product that initially will serve as an MVP, but has the foundation to be a fully featured product to bring to the world. Of course, equity in the project will be generous and expected, allowing for us both to share in the collective success. I have multiple ideas that I think could be successful, and look forward to sharing my passion for them with the right co-founder. The right co-founder for me is flexible, passionate, detail oriented, and believes that all problems can be solved. They also understand urgency, but also keep a level head despite stressful situation. If this sounds like you, let's connect to discuss my ideas! For some idea of the project itself:
- It would be a full stack application - mobile app for iOS & Android, plus a web component - which makes me believe a hybrid app is probably best.
- It's a social style application - so performance is very important. It would require federated login with the major social media platforms (Facebook/IG/Google/X/etc.). There would need to be payments support (payIns & payOuts). And also social marketing (pushes to social media where possible, and templatized messaging where not).
- There also would need to be in-app advertising available...to allow for very targeted advertisers to show relevant ads to users.

you need to become the "Customers" guy , not the "Idea" one, then you will see your ideas come to live.
and social App is the worst possible idea, only if you have a few hundred thousand to spend on marketing or a pre-existing audience in the same numbers, there is some point in making one.
Thanks for the feedback. This idea markets itself - and for the right co-founder I will share the details and it will be clear. As far as customers go, customers are driven by need - that need can be in the form of a service, or in this case, a means to an end. My idea helps people achieve the things they would like to achieve, or in some cases need to achieve.

i am bit confused by reading it
It's awesome that you're passionate about your ideas! But just having an idea isn't enough.. the real challenge is in the execution (design, building, testing, marketing, etc). For me to be attracted as a tech co-founder, it’d be helpful to know how you’ll contribute beyond the idea itself. Are you handling market research, seeking for fundings, product management, or something else?

Ideas never win, execution does. You need to build a small MVP first to try out the waters and see if there is actually a need in the market. In today's era, there are plethora of no-code tools enhanced with AI which you can use to build fast and test the market. It would be much easier to find someone who believes in you and your ideas after you get that initial validation.
