- My SaaS Nuro.video already has traction ($10k MRR) through a soft launch. UPDATE Oct.6th: We grew +10% last week, so $11k MRR now
- I spoke on stage at a 7,000-person event in Brazil where I did a sneak peek at upcoming features, and now I've got promotional partners and interested investors lined up in 4 international markets, and the product I'm building has potential for unicorn territory.
- I can see that working with external developers is going to hold us back, because I have to pull them forward. It's not the same dynamic as having someone next to you who pushes in the same direction. To capture the demand I'm getting, we need to move faster and I can't lead both product and marketing.
- ???
- Profit! Let's make a lot of it. If you believe you are the superstar I should be working with, please reach out at [email protected] and let me know more about you. I don't know how this conversation usually goes between Internet strangers, so any recommendations as to how to have those conversations will be highly appreciated!

Dude that is some cool software! You're gonna do great!
Thank you for your kind words :-)
Good stuff mate! Looks very good. Is very powerful that people can create their own video courses automatically. Would be nice if in the video editor you could add interactive tools like polls or exercises that will pause the video and let the user take action. Shout me out if you need anything from the dev side.
Hi Sebastien. This seems interesting and I would love to connect. In the past, I have led engineering at Rephrase.ai Series A funded startup building personalized AI videos and Invideo - one of the biggest Web-based Video Editing platforms in the world yet. I would love to connect and explore.
Hi @vertexcover ; thanks for your reply! I just sent you an email to the address linked from your website.
I'd love to chat, so I suggested a couple of times and dates. Please let me know if any work for you, or if you have other suggestions!

Hi Sebastien! I just watched your demo video and was highly impressed with the quality of the platform you created. I am about 2 years out of college so I don't think I would be the right partner for you, but would you be willing to meet over video call so I can ask how you got started? I am a total newbie and would love to learn from someone as talented as you!
Hi @jumpymango I appreciate the compliment and the request. I have a fairly restrictive policy around calls so I'd like to respectfully decline this specific request. However, if you do have precise questions you want to send (either as a comment reply, or as a general post where you'd like my answers as well as those of other founders) then I will be glad to reply.
I browse IH quite a lot in my downtime as I enjoy being immersed in this culture which is rather different from my previous career's culture. So just ask any questions you have and I'll be happy to help.

If someone makes a mistake while recording, will Nuro cut that part out? For example, someone has to repeat some part as they messed it up the first time around? If true would love to chat [email protected]
Hi @rish1_2 thanks for your reply!
Yes - the current behavior is that the software makes it easy to identify and remove the mistake. The next step which I have written the algos for, but isn't implemented yet, is automatic removal of such mistakes.
You mentioned you'd love to chat - do you mean as a prospective user? As a potential tech lead? Or from a different angle?
Sébastien
As a possible tech developer if possible part time. To be honest if growth is amazing I don't mind jumping full time.
Seriously nice work! Your demo does a great job of highlighting the utility of your product. One little nitpick would be to maybe demo a design template with a less distracting text transition; the text appearing on screen distracted me slightly from the content, rather than the text being a supplement to remember what was said.
Best of luck with this! I think that if you get a good library of templates going, Nuro has a lot of potential.
Thank you @justinsleep for the compliment!
I fully agree on your comment on adding new templates to the library. This is one area where outsourcing the work makes progress slow, since what I am striving to build there does not have an easy example I can point to. Therefore building with a cofounder would go much faster because the "communication bandwidth" to share the vision would be much larger.
Thank you for your kind words!
