Seeking Technical Co-Founder - 200K+ USD Generated AI Marketing & Sales Workflow

Hi,

You probably have heard a lot about sales/marketing AI agent and similar.

Most of them are fluff to me. Automation? Yes. Outcomes? Terrible.

I'm a non technical person. Currently working as Head of marketing at a well known B2B lead generation SaaS company. 10+ years experience in sales and digital marketing.

I know at granular levels the pain points of sales and marketing people.

Lead generation, market research, customer research, cold emails, social posts, negotiation, sales tactics.

I've done AI workflows covering all the domains above, generating killer level outcomes.

I monetized over 200K USD over the 4 months back by selling the workflows above to 1000+ sales professionals.

It tells me the PMF is there. And it's the second stage of PMF .

I am looking for someone who shares similar vision of the product and who I can trust to work together on this product.

Meanwhile I'm seeking seed round investment, but I can bootstrap this project also.

What I bring to the table:

A solid product idea that has proven PMF.
UX Design (Part of)
Sales and Marketing: I have an audience (I'm a KOL with over 200,000 followers) and I can immediately generate sales after this product is live.

Need a Co- Founder who:

can develop the workflow into a fully functioning SaaS product.
is committed and reliable
is highly adaptable

ARR aiming at 2M USD in the 12 months after it's live.

If you are interested, please comment or DM.

Thanks.

Hey Gary — $200K from workflows alone before having a SaaS product is serious validation. Most founders I work with don't have half that signal before building.

We run a dev studio (DNGLZ) and have shipped exactly this type of product — AI-powered workflow engines turned into multi-tenant SaaS platforms with auth, billing, dashboards, and usage analytics baked in. Our last production build was an AI platform handling customer engagement across WhatsApp, Instagram, and email for e-commerce brands.

Quick thought: before committing to a co-founder search (which can take months of alignment conversations), consider getting a paid MVP built first. You keep 100% equity, ship faster, and can evaluate technical partners based on real output — not promises.

We work in 2-4 week sprints. I can scope an MVP based on your current workflows and have a working product you can put in front of your 200K audience quickly.

Happy to chat — DM me here and I'll share my contact details!

Gary, solid validation. $200K in 4 months with 1K+ customers means you've already solved the hardest part (proving people will pay). The product is just packaging what already works.

One thing to consider: you don't necessarily need a co-founder to get the SaaS version built. A well-scoped MVP (negotiation chatbot + LinkedIn post generator) is a 3-4 week build with the right stack. You could keep 100% ownership and still launch fast.

Happy to break down how I'd approach the technical side if that's useful I have shipped 40+ products for founders in similar spots. Feel free to reach out.

The distribution-first approach is actually the right order to do this — most technical co-founders are building into a vacuum, you're not. 200K followers that convert on marketing/sales tools is a real edge.

The co-founder path is slower than it looks from the outside though. Equity conversations, alignment on vision, finding someone with both the skill and the time — it takes months before a single line of code gets written. A lot of founders in your position have found it faster to just get the product built first, then bring on technical partners from a position of strength (working product, early revenue).

What does the workflow look like right now — is it manual, a no-code stack, or something you've already partially built out?

    Hey Gary
$200K from workflows before even having a product is solid validation. I build automation systems and SaaS backends, currently running a trading automation company out of Dubai.

Quick questions: What's the MVP scope you're thinking? And are you looking for someone to build this full time or can we start with a paid pilot to test the fit before going all in on equity?

Happy to jump on a call and look at the workflows.

Hi Gary - this is impressive traction ($200K in 4 months). I run a dev studio that helps founders turn workflows into SaaS products. If you're open to a dev partnership alongside the cofounder search, I'd love to chat.

Hi Garry I'm interested. I'm currently living in Bangkok and I'm full stack developer with +4 years experience. I have time for work on project. Lets connect. Btw Before I work on RevOps project.

Gary, your pitch reads impressive at first glance, but a few things don’t add up:
You mention $200K revenue and 200K followers, yet provide no proof or screenshots.
Multiple Gmail addresses, banned LinkedIn, “please write again” — that looks messy and raises red flags.
If the product already has strong PMF, showing 2–3 paying client references or pilot details would clear doubts immediately.
Not saying it’s impossible, but right now it feels more like lead collection than a cofounder search. Clarity here would help everyone.

Hey @Moshael -I have a business idea, and I was hoping you could DM me? Would love to brainstorm with you? I am also looking for a UX/Developer (cofounder). Thanks

I'm based in China - Linkedin doesn't allow CN user registration - they caught my IP.
About screenshots, proof etc. these are sensitive as I'm still working at a company (a well known one) and I would not like to disclose too much information on the web!

Looking for a U.S.-based technical cofounder!

Hi, I’m Ariel, founder of StepStone, an AI-powered hiring platform tackling one of the biggest challenges in recruiting: sourcing and screening talent when employers are drowning in mass applications and lookalike resumes, struggling to identify who will actually perform.

    Where we are today:
    • Active pilots: Working with employers and student organizations, including 150+ students in the most recent run
    • Established distribution: Partnerships with universities and media platforms that reach millions of students nationwide
    • Live prototype: Testing AI-driven scoring and candidate insights with real users and live data
    • Strong validation: Feedback from pilots confirms the demand for harder-to-fake hiring signals that go beyond resumes and interviews

I handle sales, partnerships, and market strategy. I’m looking for a full-stack technical cofounder who can take ownership of the technical side, build quickly based on live user feedback, and help shape the product into something scalable. You don’t need a background in hiring or HR tech—what matters most is bringing initiative, curiosity, and the drive to build something impactful. And having fun along the way!

Impressive traction already, Gary — hitting $200K pre-SaaS launch is a strong signal you’ve unlocked a repeatable pain point.

💡 3 SaaS Coaching tips for your next phase:
→ Lock in deep Product-Market Fit — even with strong validation, continuous feedback loops from early adopters will help refine workflows for scale.
→ Design your Go-to-Market Strategy early — with your 200K+ audience, think about how to structure messaging for cold vs. warm channels to maximize conversions.
→ Build with scalability in mind — choosing the right tech stack and architecture now will make your SaaS Scaling journey toward $2M ARR much smoother.

This is exactly the kind of momentum that turns vision into category leadership.

Congratulations on your success! It's impressive to see such traction with your AI-driven marketing workflows. I'm curious about the kind of technical challenges you've encountered while scaling the product—especially around maintaining high-quality lead generation and customizing for different clients. Also, how are you approaching the design of the SaaS product to make it user-friendly for sales teams?

    Hi Gary,
Incredible clarity and traction — not just an idea but a product with real pull. I lead a product engineering team that’s helped founders go from prototype to paying users quickly and reliably. Would love to explore how we could team up and deliver something strong. Open to connect if you are!

  21. 1

Impressive traction already — $200K in 4 months without a full SaaS product is a strong signal.

If you’re looking for a technical co-founder, it might help to outline the current stack or tech approach you’ve been using for the workflows so far. Even high-level info (e.g., integrations, key APIs, deployment needs) makes it easier for an engineer to gauge fit and the amount of work needed to bring it to production.

Also worth clarifying how you see equity vs. payment in the early stages, since a lot of devs filter opportunities based on that from the start.

    1. 1

      Thanks for your comment.

I've not used any tech stacks - all tasks done on chatGPT by steps. In otherwords, I'm exposing the prompts to users, which is def not good.

Regarding equity, this should be discussed in calls. I'm open to equal split tho for the right fit. (This is actually a controversial topic as many investors see equal split as the worst equity plan while YC investors find it the best)

    Hi Gary,

I would love to learn more about your product.

I’m a seasoned Silicon Valley startup engineer. I have seen it all from seed stage companies to late stage. I’ve also dabbled in a few side projects mostly for myself.

    Hey Gary,

Sounds like a very interesting project.
I've built and launched https://www.digiparser.com (AI-powered document workflow automation app) and https://viralfeed.ai (AI-powered social media video content engine) recently which is pretty much into same space you are trying to build.

Would love to team up on this project.

  26. 1

Hey Gary, this sounds really interesting!

what tech stack or workflow approach do you envision for turning these AI sales/marketing processes into a fully functional SaaS product?

    1. 2

I'm not that tech savvy to answer that question. I designed workflows and that's for the technical founder to address. But I was looking at crewAI, langchain and stuff.

      1. 1

        Gr8...all the best :)

  27. 1

Gary, this is a great example of validating PMF before even writing a single line of production code 👏.

From a SaaS Scaling & GTM perspective, you’ve already done three things founders usually struggle with:

1️⃣ Proven Revenue Before Product – $200K in 4 months with workflows shows undeniable market pull.
2️⃣ Deep Domain Expertise + Audience – Your 200K+ following is a built-in acquisition engine, drastically lowering CAC from day one.
3️⃣ Clear Value Proposition – Sales teams care about one thing: outcomes. You’ve demonstrated measurable ROI, not just automation fluff.

The key now will be translating your manual/AI workflow into a scalable SaaS platform without losing the speed and personalization that made it valuable. The right technical co-founder should think in productization + automation terms, not just “coding it up.”

Yes sir, thank you for your words.

  28. 1

When you say: "I've done AI workflows ", did you use some existing AIs?

    1. 1

No, no need at all, all things done on LLM. ChatGPT.

      1. 1

What would SaaS do actually? Talk to ChatGPT and return back response?

        1. 1

The negotiation chatbot comes highly unique and powerful. Dozens of users used this to close deals, reactivate ghosted cilents by emails. I was shocked by its outcome.

        2. 1

A large part of the features would be like blaze.ai or jasper.ai , apart from that, there'd be negotiation chatbot, and other workflows that are unique, all designed for the outcome of sales and marketing people.

          1. 1

Do you have in mind what MVP should contain?

            1. 1

Yes, I would do 2workflows in the MVP. Negotiation chatbot, Linkedin Post Generation. That's quite solid to start. Do you want to know more details? Please share with me your email.
