Seeking Technical Co-Founder for an Existing Analytics/Financial App with Early Traction

Hey gang - been bootstrap building a really unique approach to financial and strategic scenario modelling. Special sauce is that our UI is entirely "node-based" and Founders/CFOs VISUALLY create scenarios using a decision-tree approach. Think Excel meets Miro.

Tech is mature enough to have some early adopters and we've partnered with a couple of incubators/accelerators that are starting to send their Startups our way (Pre-seed through Series A).

Traction - 10 companies using our tech; range from a funded gaming company to a seed-stage medtech to Series A size B2B SaaS company.

Been building mostly with comp-sci co-op students for the past few years but, with the flywheel starting to pick up, really need to expand the founding team. Currently have a Fractional CTO (1 hour a week) who focusses on high-level concepts only. Goal is to have someone that gets their hands in the codebase and really drive the build and roadmap.

Tech Stack - Javascript/Typescript, Node.js, Golang, React, AWS, Postgres database; the Golang part is pretty important (but also easy to learn) as it drives our entire calculation engine.

Ideal co-founder:

• we're based in Vancouver. A reasonable time zone overlap would be ideal
• at this stage role would be mostly/all equity
• able to dedicate 20 hours per week
• able to help maintain current codebase, add select features, and mentor/guide any junior developers
• onboard for a bootstrap approach with the potential for raising some capital/more full-time in Q2 of 2023
