Seeking technical cofounder for ecommerce / edtech startup ($108K + 50% equity)

I am looking for a technical cofounder for a startup with a mission to accelerate growth for small businesses and individuals navigating the new digital world. The first product is a lead conversion plugin that embeds in a website similarly as Stripe or Intercom. I have three letters of intent from small businesses to install the plugin on their websites. The near-term objective is to convert the MVP into a fully-featured product over the course of a 90-day pilot and close commercial deals with these first three customers. It's hard to know how things will evolve beyond that, but one path would be to recruit enough customers to reach five-figure MRR, apply to YC, then step on the gas to grow to unicorn scale. I have enough angel funding for two years of runway.

About you: Ambitious, gritty, determined to leave a dent in the universe. Frustrated that so many people are left behind by today's education system and economy. Love to tinker and build.

Comp: Salary of $108K plus 50% equity.
