Seeking technical partner to build a legaltech automation tool. Will compensation with cash or equity.

I'm a startup & VC attorney that is looking to automate legal work for early stage companies, beginning with corporate formations. I have all of the form documents required for the corporate formation process, with placeholders for company-specific information like company name, address, founder information, etc. What I need is a tool (it can be a simple desktop tool initially) that is a questionnaire for the various inputs required, and upon submitting that information it auto-populates the various formation documents.
