I'm a startup & VC attorney that is looking to automate legal work for early stage companies, beginning with corporate formations. I have all of the form documents required for the corporate formation process, with placeholders for company-specific information like company name, address, founder information, etc. What I need is a tool (it can be a simple desktop tool initially) that is a questionnaire for the various inputs required, and upon submitting that information it auto-populates the various formation documents. There are different ways to accomplish this task but more information is required.
A little bit about myself, I am a Software Engineer with several years of experience working with startups.
I'm based in the US and our initial target demographic will be startup founders in secondary and tertiary US cities that don't want to pay $5-$10k for startup packages offered by elite law firms. A second act will likely be offering Delaware corporate subsidiary formations for successful startups in other countries that want to expand to the US market.
