Seeking UI/UX co-founder for SaaS project

I'm gathering a team to build the next-gen Low Code Application Platform. The current market of Low Code is dominated by products that were born at the beginning of the 2000s on the coding paradigms that were popular back then. The coding landscape has changed a lot since then, so the gap between code and low code has widened more and more in the last decade. Our plan is to bridge that gap with a Low Code Platform that empowers the customer to innovate by helping them digest the complexity of functional programming, machine learning and distributed algorithms.

I'm looking for a UX talent to join us as co-founder, someone that not only applies the best practices, but that has the attitude and ambition to steer through uncharted waters. As the business takes off, they'll be required to lead UX design team.
