Seeking UI/UX Designer with HIG Focus
Hello! I'm looking for a UI/UX designer that has a focus on Apple's HIG. I'm part of a startup in the music practicing space that is looking to bring on someone in exchange for founder's equity + revenue sharing. we are a team of 7 serving various roles (CTO myself) and we are building our app from the ground up. I know it's a big ask to work for equity and then share future revenues, but we are trying to build a sustainable business without the overhead of VC funding. We want to ethically build a business that we are proud of and can one day be our primary job. All of our co-founders are in this same equity/revenue share pool, so we aren't asking someone to do something we aren't also doing ourselves. Have you guys considered getting an MVP bootstrapped? One thing is true, VC funding in very early stages is a pain. I'm part of a product development US based company, in less than 10 weeks and for a fraction of the cost, sounds to good to be true but is not. You can actually get a product rolling.
We're in a unique position where we already have a product bootstrapped that was bought from someone who essentially ran it as a zombie app, but has great product-to-market fit. We are rebuilding it from the ground up and are wanting to build it right and sustainably. The only two positions we lack atm are a designer and Android developer with the designer being priority.
From what I am getting, growth potential there seems to be quite huge, are you aiming for the US or the global market?

Apologies if I was unclear. Not looking to partner directly, but trying to make a connection here. As I said in my first comment I work in product development and staff augmentation services, I believe you could truly benefit in both saving costs and time from our early stage venture program.
