Quick checklist. Be honest.
Tools & systems:
☐ More than 5 tools that don't communicate with each other
☐ At least one Zapier/Make automation that's been broken for more than 2 weeks
☐ Client onboarding process living in more than one place
☐ Pricing or key info on your website that's out of date
Time:
☐ More than 5 hours/week on manual admin or tech fixes
☐ Evenings or weekends spent on tool research or troubleshooting
☐ Tasks you do manually every week that you know should be automated
Patterns:
☐ Changed CRM, email platform, or website builder in the last 12 months
☐ Said "I'll get this organized" more than 3 times in the last 6 months
☐ Feel anxious when someone asks about your tech stack
3 or more checked: Your tech stack is costing you more than you realize, in time, revenue, and mental bandwidth.
6 or more checked: This is actively limiting your growth and probably contributing to burnout.
None of these are character flaws. They're the predictable result of running a business without strategic tech support, which most solopreneurs never had access to until the fractional model became viable.
