Self-hosted cap-table management alternative to Carta?

Hi Everyone,

I hope you're all having a great day, checking in with the community to see if anyone's aware of self-hosted cap-table management software. Something like Carta or Pulley.

Primary motivations driving this question is privacy concerns and ownership of data

I was looking for a solution which is private a few years ago and didn't find any. Are you looking at building this in a zero-knowledge way? Usually, this needs multiple people having access to the same table within orgs and investors. How would you go about data not being compromised by parties involved?

@wilsonbright appreciate the reply. That's a great question. Zero-knowledge isn't a requirement. It'll primarily be used by the founders and current investors as a way to keep track of the cap table (shares, options, dilution etc) and ideally model scenarios.

Did you guys ended up building it? We at Capboard.io are building it (although it's not self-hosted), happy to get your feedback.
