Self-taught coder seeking technical co-founder to make micro acquisitions

Hi Hackers,

I have worked for 12 years in investments (PE/VC) and strategy consulting. I taught myself to code (Python, JS/React) and recently went full-time indie entrepreneur.

While I can code and build, I have so far not built out a full project and launched it into production. I initially wanted to build my own ideas but I haven't found something which is modest enough in scope and which motivates me to finish it to the end.

I am now considering a different route: building a small micro PE portfolio by making small SaaS acquisitions in the $50-$100k range and growing them at least 3-4x before exiting.

I am looking for a technical partner with production-level experience (especially experience with back-end and app infrastructure) who would be interested in investing 50/50 alongside me and doing this full-time. Persons based in the Europe time zone would be most optimal but East Coast US can also work.

If this sounds like something you would find fun to do, get in touch!

Cheers,
Alex

    Hello Alex,

I am not sure what you mean by about 50-50 but I can definitely help you achieve technical aspect of your project or product. I have In-house team of developers and designers and I am ready for partnership as your "Technical team"

I suppose Alex offers a 50% equity share in the idea, which means he's looking for a partner.
