Self-taught Hacker (7 years) Looking to Collaborate

Hey indiehackers!

I taught myself how to code and have been working for 7 years now. Currently a Senior Frontend Engineer: Performance & Testing at a huge esports gambling site.

I've mastered my craft and now want to return to my roots -- the whole reason I got into development was to launch a software business. My problem: I don't know what to work on. I'd like to collaborate with someone that already has a solid strategy. You bring a gameplan, I make the MVP. We validate in 4-8 weeks.

Hey there! As a techie, I think you might like this.

My big idea is to make web hosting easy for everyone. There are plenty of players out there like AWS, Google, Heroku, etc. that allows anyone to host any kind of site. But without a doubt, they all are super complex (think about students, or new developers). I think they are complex because they have so many configurations and devops concepts to go through.

So I made a platform which makes hosting easy by completely abstracting the infrastructure from the code. Our platform is pre-configured with logs, metrics, scaling, load-balancers, and all the necessary stuff that you would expect on a standard setup. When you upload your code, all these little modules latch on to your application and start supporting it, without any user intervention. As a result, you don't need to know about the infrastructure, or devops. Hosting becomes as easy as clicking a button.

You can learn more about it in the docs: https://plugins.quadnix.com/docs/introduction
There are video links as well demonstrating an early version.

Hope to connect with you to discuss this at length.

I see you already have plenty of offers. If you haven’t found your thing yet, then feel free to consider my saas startup also.

I’m developing a collection of tools for affiliate marketers. Not sure how much you’re into that industry, so let me quickly rephrase what that is:

A blogger with paid referral links to a webshop would be an affiliate marketer. Each blogger is then connected to a few affiliate networks (like CJ, ShareASale..), each with a number of merchants connected. Each of those merchants has different products to sell. The price and commission revenue can vary a lot between networks.

The tools I’m planning to launch will be global cross-network tools, enabling the affiliate marketer to maximize his earnings across all networks. Easy understandable, actionable and automated.

This has not been done before.

My backlog of ideas are quite long and this also includes several products: a website, Wordpress plugin and integration to existing platforms like Google Analytics.

Here is the mandatory pitch: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1KfZvI4ANwcDT0UdH0eiZv4PflpIv_5ScUUFc_Ol7kfs/edit

I have a database architect onboard but I’m on the lookout for a skilled and dedicated full stack dev with a strong attitude on how to do things and the knowledge to lead the way on those areas.

Let me know what your first thoughts are when you have time. Also available on mail or for a quick call here: https://calendar.x.ai/keje/affil30min

Hey @noamico, love this app it's so cool! My challenge: I'm a JavaScript specialist who favours Vue/React. I don't work with Java and Angular is my least favourite front end option.

Hey there, I'm a UX Product Designer based in London, UK.
I've been exploring a SaaS product idea for a while now. Found traction from different organisations as well as incubator programmes.
I'm looking for someone to partner up with who is coming from the dev side and stress-test the idea building a working MVP.

I highlighted some of the thinking in a previous post here:
    https://www.indiehackers.com/post/project-and-side-hustle-tracking-platform-for-employees-in-full-time-positions-4ce742d487

    Generally:
I want to re-think the innovation and venture space, allowing organisations to seamlessly set up an incubator inside their company by leveraging a SaaS solution.
Also, worth mentioning that the moonshot factor to this project is the big idea of becoming the source of innovation in every company, so that you can leverage the infinite benefits of all that data.

I'd love to talk. Let me know if you are interested.
