Selling 2 regulation-focused SaaS projects (CBAM compliance + AI Act audit) — built, not launched

Hey IH community!

I'm a solo builder and I've been working on two SaaS products targeting upcoming EU regulations. Life priorities shifted, so I'm putting both up for sale at very accessible prices. Figured someone here might want to pick them up and run with them.

1. CBAM OS (cbam-os.com) — ~$2,500 negotiable
A compliance platform for the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism. CBAM is a massive new regulation requiring all EU importers to report (and soon pay for) embedded carbon in imported goods — steel, aluminum, cement, fertilizers, electricity, hydrogen.

Tech stack: Next.js, Vercel, Stripe, Supabase. 9 modules built including CN code classifier, multilingual supplier portal, triple AI verification, emissions calculator, CBAM declaration generator, financial forecasting, and more. Pricing tiers: Core 199/mo, Data and Audit 399/mo, Financial 999/mo. Early-stage, no MRR yet, but the regulatory deadline is real and approaching. The market is every EU importer of carbon-intensive goods.

2. AIA Proof (aiaproof.com) — ~$3,000 negotiable
An AI Act compliance and AI content audit platform. The EU AI Act is now in force and companies need tools to inventory their AI systems, assess risk levels, and prove compliance.

Tech stack: Next.js, Vercel, Stripe, Supabase. Features: AI inventory dashboard, risk classification engine, compliance audit workflows, AI content detection. Pricing tiers: Starter 299/mo, Growth 799/mo, Pro 2499/mo. Also early-stage, no MRR. But the AI Act enforcement timeline is live.

Why I'm selling: Shifting focus to other priorities. Both products are fully built, deployed, and ready for someone to take over marketing and sales.

Why these are interesting: Both target mandatory EU regulations with hard deadlines. This isn't a nice-to-have — companies literally must comply or face penalties. The TAM is enormous.
