Selling a (revenue generating) side project with potential

I'm looking to sell a long running WordPress plugins side-project of mine that generates a small amount of revenue every month for the last 5 years.

Someone with a bit of development experience or marketing expertise could get a lot out of it as it's a solid product with a long history.

I'm moving into a new field and while this doesn't take up much time, I'm going through a bit of a 'life simplification' phase as I'll need all my focus on the new thing.
