Selling app boilerplates?

Hi everyone!

Under the current situation I managed to finish my react native app, publish it at Google Play and get my (React + .Net Core API + MySQL server) project dockerized and running into AWS EC2.

Both of these projects took me months (and hair!) climbing their steep learning curve.

My mobile app is published on google play (iOS version is working as well) but does not get any downloads. If i stripped a few pieces of logic i could make it as generic as possible with features like React Navigation, a login system, SQLite connection, etc..., already implemented and thus making it a good boilerplate project.

The same with my .Net Core 3.1 project, which got to a point where anyone can grab it and start their own thing way faster. I did all the groundwork of setting up Docker, docker-compose files, EC2 containers and all it's configuration behind it, CRUD REST API, connection strings... It was quite a ride and there is still plenty of work to do.

This made me ask myself, would anyone pay for this kind of shortcut to ease their development process?

Of course that ideally i would just release it as open source but i would love to jump on the business side of things and hopefully in a near future not worry with money/time and contribute to the community.

What do you guys think? Would something like:

.Net Core API + React = $10, add containerization and AWS EC2 setup for $20,
React native(iOS + Android) = $10, add login system and Firebase setup for $20.

Would something like this work?
