Selling my Funnel Builder - made $605,370 in revenue in 3 yrs

It's the quickest way to build high converting websites/ funnels, empowering e-commerce entrepreneurs & internet marketers to build Super Attractive websites/ funnels that drive sales.

The backstory - From late 2017 to January 2018 the product was being built, for our own internal e-commerce operations.

Starting from August 2018 till December 2020, we were using it for our own eCommerce + rev-share model with partner clients (10-15% of their revenue)

In Feb-March 2020, we pivoted from a rev-share model to a monthly subscription, after adding more features to accommodate sales of digital products. - this was mainly due to the e-commerce operations of our own business + the partner clients being hit because of covid.

After launching the monthly subscription plan, we could not invest further in the growth due to the uncertainty from covid. But we got some paying clients organically (Currently, there are 85 clients on the monthly recurring billing plan.

We had plans of scaling it with the following:

• Lifetime deal for $599 on AppSumo for some traction.

• Paid ads (FB, IG, Google, TikTok).

During those years we were also working on our own logistics aggregator platform for e-commerce in parallel. Recently we got funding interest from institutional investors to grow the logistics product, and we'd like to go all-in with it. That's why we are selling our Funnel Builder.

A little more background:

1. Monthly fixed cost currently is $2500 per month. This involves developers' salaries and server costs. As new customers are added, it will cost approximately $4 per new user.

2. We have 5 developers as of now. 3 are core PHP developers, 1 tester and 1 template creator.

3. We have around 1000+ templates inbuilt as of now. And we add 2 to 3 new templates per week on average.
