Hello!
I'm selling a project and wanted some suggestions on where to post it. I've searched through IH and seen some suggestions but it seems like a lot of the websites have changed, shut down, or been altered. It doesn't seem like the right place for a big website like Flippa.
For context: I have a landing page and a small email list, but no revenue.
Thanks!
One piece of advice from our experience helping indie founders exit is to treat even a small project like a "business". Buyers pay for proof of traction: basic metrics (traffic, subscriber count), and a clear handover plan.
On our marketplace we've seen landing pages with an engaged email list but no revenue sell for several thousand dollars. The projects that get the highest offers are transparent about the niche, growth channels and any costs. They also package the assets (domain, code, mailing list) so the buyer can take over quickly.
When you're evaluating where to list, look beyond Flippa: sites like IndieMaker, MicroAcquire, and other curated marketplaces work well for small SaaS/content projects. Whichever you choose, invest a bit of time documenting what you built and who your audience is – it will pay off when you negotiate.
Maybe https://indiemaker.co/ (formerly 1kprojects.com)? I've received a few $1500+ offers for a landing page and email list and no revenue or finished project.
Thanks! I came across that and submitted there. Still looking for some other options as well.
What did you list it at if you don't mind me asking?
I think it was 800 or 900
Cool, thanks!
I think you can direct post it her and people can contact you on email
Good idea. Thanks!
Here's a blog post which covers 5 sites where you can sell your project:

Not my post, I just found it useful in the past when looking for sites to buy :)
Thanks for sharing!
Why are selling it? If you don't mind me asking.
I started doing the research and validating the idea but just got distracted with other stuff (life/family). I've begun working on some other things and just haven't done really anything on it in a bit, so I figured it would make more sense to let someone else work on building it
Hi @noahb, i specifically built this service for your needs, you can post your project here for free https://sellmicrosaas.com/ if you want to sell your project
Honestly, IH hacker is a good place to post business for sale. Especially, if it is at early stage and require new owner to have some kind of technical knowledge. Given, IndieHacker already have product information, MRR, link to website and owner's information. Maybe, @csallen should add a new tag "For Sale", I'm seeing quite a few posts by people either wanting to buy or sell business.
Haven't used it, but saw this on PH https://app.microacquire.com/marketplace
