Selling my SaaS, or maybe need a co-founder. need help in deciding.

Thought I'd give this a shot.

Last year I launched a link aggregator with a twist that each link would have its own description, at the time it seemed unique, silly i know, but i just thought i would make something that was meant to help a few people, especially given linktree got so complicated and everything went behind paywall.

I created it and deployed from scratch using:

NextJS + Typescript [dev]
Amazon AWS SES [mails]
DigitalOcean [deployment]
It's not unique, but people liked the idea of helping out others and i guess over time a few signed up, i didnt do any marketing.
The project wasnt meant to make any money in the first place, as i didnt force anyone to pay up.

I gathered a few users but nothing major and so i've been thinking of either whole-lyselling it to someone who may know how to take it to next level, or just get someone who knows how they can target the right people, [landing page and all the pages need an overdo i know that already, but im not sure if i should invest any more time in this]

It does $0 MRR. It has around 50 unique users. Here is the project -> linkspace.bio

If im looking for a co-founder, what do you bring to the table and what changes would you make and where and how would you market it, paid and non-paid?

What i am looking in a co-founder?
Majorly I'd say,

someone who is passionate and kind of focused on this, not someone who has multiple things going on already in their life. Focus and dedicated person would help.
probably who not only invest time, but also funds.
can give me a roadmap in next six months - eight to reach $500 MRR

I personally think this would need a major pivot.
