Selling services plus a community on top!
I am selling a number of services on my website, career-related services.
I am thinking of adding a community component to make the services even more attractive.
I believe adding a community will be a plus since people will certainly benefit from the experiences of others and have access to a team who will answer their most pressing questions.
That access will also justify a recurring membership fee (monthly or yearly)
Anyone done this before? What do you guys think?
I think that is a great idea. If your product requires discussions and learning from each other, then having a community makes sense.
At the same time, I would not make this the reason for getting a subscription, rather include this in the usbscription for everyone.
I have seen a lot of other communities doing this.
